Return Policy

Important: Please read our return policy carefully. We do not make exceptions, as by placing an order you accept our terms and conditions.

Return period

You have 30 days from the date of receiving your product to return it. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Conditions

The item must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.

For products where hygiene is essential, they must be thoroughly cleaned before initiating the return process.

Shipping costs

Returns are not free of charge. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returns must be sent to our warehouse in China, with a minimum shipping cost of 40 AUD. Additional charges may apply, such as customs duties, import taxes or other carrier fees.

An administrative fee of 17,85 AUD per returned product will also be charged.

Therefore, before requesting a return by email, we always try to offer alternative solutions that may be more beneficial for you.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of underwear, stockings and certain personal care items.

Return procedure

To start the return process:

  • Send an email to: info@zarlior.com

  • Provide your order number, reason for return and your contact details.

  • In case of a defective product, please attach a photo.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your credit card or original method of payment within 30 days.

Late or missing refunds

If your refund has not appeared after 30 days:

Shipment security

We recommend using a registered parcel with a tracking number. Zarlior is not responsible for lost parcels during return shipping.

Defective or incorrect products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  • We will send you a replacement free of charge,

  • If the issue occurs again, you will receive a full refund.

Order cancellations

Due to our automated fulfilment system, it is not possible to cancel orders once they have been placed.
